Dental Implant Osseointegration & Abutment Placement

But when Dr. Shevy is confident the posts are secure and your jaw is ready, she’ll promptly fix the small connector piece (or the “abutment”) to the posts. While we’re getting your smile ready for your customized restoration, our partners at the dental lab will be busy fabricating the piece. Rest assured, Dr. Shevy will work closely with them to help ensure your restoration fits well and looks great.
