We are excited to welcome your friends and family as new patients to our practice. To thank our patients for helping spread the word, we are running a Share & Care Patient Referral Program! Each time a current patient refers a new patient to our office in West Palm Beach, we will make a $25 donation to a local nonprofit organization!
The process is simple.
Step 1: Tell Your Family & Friends About Us
Be sure to remind them to mention your name when scheduling their new patient appointment.
Step 2: Support a Great Cause!
Once your referral has scheduled their new patient appointment, mentioned your name, and completed their comprehensive exam, cleaning, and necessary x-rays, we will make a $25 donation.
Step 3: Repeat
There is no limit to how many referrals you can make. We welcome the opportunity to help our local nonprofits fulfill their missions to support our community.
