Dr. Azar earned both his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees from Columbia University in New York. He completed his General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and pursued advanced training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. His extensive postdoctoral education has equipped him with a broad skill set across multiple areas of dentistry.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry since 2004, Dr. Azar maintains a strong commitment to clinical excellence and continuing education. He has also completed additional training in orthodontics and implantology, allowing him to offer a wider range of treatment options and comprehensive care under one roof.
